The story of the Atlanta Sausage Company began more than 21 years ago when local chefs and restaurant owners asked ASC founder, Charlie Harper, “Why can’t we get a better local sausage?”

 

Charlie took their wishes to-heart and began making his favorite heirloom recipes, sampling them with his friends and colleagues in the restaurant industry, and with their input and Charlie’s passion for great local food, the Atlanta Sausage Company was born.

 

To this day, the same care and commitment to quality go into every batch of Atlanta Sausage Company's sausage, meatballs, and sliced steak.
